Breath

Hello lovelies! It’s been quite some time since I have written. I have been struggling with what to say, what to cover. Then tonight after my yoga practice I felt compelled to journal. As I re-read my thoughts I realized that this is what I what I wanted to share. Short and sweet but feels just perfect. Sending you all love, light and healthy vibes!

16 straight days of showing up for myself on the mat. 16 days of transformative practice. 16 days of stillness, movement, grounding, observing, listening, feeling, being.

Breathing.

The past few practices I have been reflecting on the power of manifestation. Much like one of my online trainers shared, I feel I have reached my 10 year plan a bit early. I wasn’t even 100 percent sure what that plan looked like in it’s entirety 8 or so years ago, yet I am here.

Now I sit.

Breathe.

Be.

In the weeks leading up to 2021 my husband and I discussed how we wanted to focus on breath work. Within days I learned about #ywabreath

We have loved every practice and on today’s rest day we talked about how we wanted to focus do some breath work. I opened my email, followed by YouTube, and there was today’s practice.

Discipline.

27 min focused on breath ratio. The universe certainly does provide what we need.

I am in awe of this divine life.
